A good 90% of the USA does day before month, including where I am, which is in the South East.
I occasionally do DD/MM/YYYY format. Not too often though.

Whole europe (except UK) uses DD/MM/YYYY
And i can't come cause it's 4AM for my time, and i have skuul
All I was ever taught for format was DD/MM/YYYY
I do month, day, year.
