AFK'ing is now allowed

FYI- you can afk as long as you like on the build server, staff are discouraged from doing this as it looks bad when staff ignore players.

i honestly dont care but this wastes slots for players. but i cant argue with the owner's decision.

It helps us gain popularity because the server looks more full
