Hopefully we don't hit 100 or lower, I've heard that its just repeatedly getting DDoS'ed in that bracket with no real reason other than your server is suceeding. Despite NFO having DDoS protection I have seen some servers even bigger and more protected that seem to get taken down with ease.
The missile knows where it is at all times. It knows this because it knows where it isn't. By subtracting where it is from where it isn't, or where it isn't from where it is (whichever is greater), it obtains a difference, or deviation.
